How it started

We had one rule: never serve stale beer.

Ministry of Beer is a craft brewery and gastropub in M-Block, Connaught Place. We brew our own beer, cook food from Old Delhi to Tokyo, and spread it all over three floors with live music and a balcony that looks out on the Outer Circle.

    Doors open in M-Block

    One simple rule from day one: real beer, brewed in the same building it’s poured in.

  2. 2020

    Delhi’s first brewery licence

    We became the first brewery in the city to get a brewing licence. Yes, we framed it.

  3. Now

    Three floors, one brewhouse

    Seasonal taps, a sampler served on a wooden map of Delhi, Sufi on Fridays and a live band on Sundays.

Do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are always welcome, but Friday to Sunday evenings fill up fast. Book online or on WhatsApp and your table is sorted.

What are the opening hours?

We’re open every day from 12 noon to 1 AM.

Is the beer brewed on-site?

Every house beer is brewed right here in our own microbrewery. Ministry of Beer holds Delhi’s first brewery licence.

Is there parking?

Yes, valet parking at the entrance on the Outer Circle. Rajiv Chowk metro is about a 6 minute walk.

What does a meal for two cost?

Roughly ₹2,800 for two with drinks. Prices can change, so ask the team about current offers.

Do you host private parties and corporate events?

All the time. Anything from a birthday table to a full-floor buy-out for 40+ guests. Send an event enquiry and our events manager will call you back.

Are there vegetarian options?

Loads. Dal makhani, paneer tikka, dahi kebab, malai soya chaap, dim sum, wood-fired pizzas and more.

Is there live music?

Sufi Night every Friday, and a live band followed by a DJ every Sunday.

Is there an age requirement?

We serve alcohol only to guests aged 25 and above, as per Delhi excise law. Please carry a valid photo ID.
